I will send you a pre consultation questionnaire which will help me to understand your child, family and sleep goals. This includes a three-day sleep diary.
We then would arrange a home visit, lasting up to three hours, during which we would discuss the issues that have been raised. During our second meeting I will present you with a selection of strategies that I feel will help you. Once you have chosen the strategy that you feel will be best for you and your child, we can talk through how to implement the plan, giving you the confidence to get started.
Following our visit, I will email you a comprehensive summary of our discussion.
